One day tour to Azrou and Ifran from Fez.

Our day trip from Fes starts with a pickup from your riad/hotel and a drive towards the beautiful town of Ifran. After breakfast, you will have the chance to explore the historic monuments of Fez before heading towards Ifran, which is known for its clean streets, parks, and prestigious Al Akhawayn University. Our next stop is the forest of Azrou, famous for its aromatic cedar trees and home to the Barbary macaque monkeys, also known as “Magots”. You will have the opportunity to take pictures of these playful creatures before we continue our drive towards Michlifen. We will then enter Ifran from the east before making our way back to Fes in the afternoon. At the end of the trip, our driver will drop you off at your riad/hotel in Fes. One day tour from Fez to Meknes & Volubilis.

Our driver will meet you at your riad/hotel and drive you to Meknes through Volubilis, starting at 9:00 am. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to explore the Roman ruins of Volubilis, which are the largest and best-preserved Roman ruins in Morocco. Volubilis, which means “Oleander flower” in Berber, boasts many impressive sites to see, including Roman ruins with mosaics, the labors of Hercules house, olive presses, the Orpheus house, walls and gates, Main Street, aqueduct, fountain, public baths, and the House of Flavius Germanus. From Volubilis, we will drive about 4 km to Moulay Idriss Zarhon, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Morocco. Afterward, we will continue to one of the oldest cities in Morocco, Meknes, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There, you will have the opportunity to visit the Medina and its souks, Bab Mansour (the biggest gate in Morocco), Lahdim Square, and Qara prison. You will also have the chance to visit Moulay Ismail’s tomb before we continue on the road and return you to your hotel/riad.
